A Robust hanger designed for severe duty off road use! 1-piece box design resists steering and suspension forces much better than 2 separate hangers. Hanger bolts into original rivet holes, after rivets are removed and drilled out to 1/2" (bit included)
Fits 1972-1993 Dodge Ram trucks W150 W250 W350 and Ramcharger Trailduster. Mounts stock springs (48") & aftermarket or up to 52" springs (see bolt diagram). This bracket is great for 4x4 conversions on 2WD D150 D250 or D350.

The fit and finish of this part is incredible. What I was most surprised by, however, was its completeness. I'm using my stock springs for the time being which required spacers to work with this hanger. I was planning to source my own when I went to get new spring eye bolts. This kit came with both the spacers AND the bolts. The hardest part is definitely getting the old hanger rivets out. I used a plasma cutter to cut the hanger and brackets away until I could get a grinder in to cut off the heads. I didn't have any success with drilling them and using an air hammer to chisel the heads off. My rivets were getting loose so this upgrade was on my radar. Unfortunately, my truck recently found its way into a K-rail and bent one of the old hangers enough to throw off the steering geometry so this upgrade moved up on the punch list. Very happy with my purchase.
Great quality and good fit
The hanger and brackets are very well built and look great. Was made aware of Archive Garage from multiple Youtube channels. Needed to replace the factory hangers on my 92 w250 due to the driver side bracketing breaking. Instructions were very easy to follow and understand. Everything bolted up perfectly, no modifications besides drilling the holes larger for the new bolt (per the instructions). Removing the old hangers was the most difficult part of the entire project. It also arrived extremely quickly, it arrived in less than a week and was well packaged. I will definitely be purchasing more of their products in the future.
Quality work and easy to install. Instructions are clear and concise.
I have a 1967 dodge D300. It is a factory dully. But I'm making it a dully 4x4. I'm replacing the front axle to a newer axle. This way I can have my cake and eat it to. Really. This conversion, will give me disc brakes and power steering. and still look pretty much stock. The frame is 34" wide, so this fits right on my frame and it will be a lot easer to a-line. Outstanding quality. I had a Welding shop until I retired and I could not make this item this well.
