Looking forward to another great product to add to my Tacoma! After installing the Hammer hangers, shackles and cross tub, I'm excited to add the Trail series towers to the mix. Installed the Shackletons and flip kit on the rear last weekend. I wend with the MD duty after chatting with Eric and weighing out the truck. Rides great.

First class customer service. Before i ordered we went over what i was looking for to cure a ride issue with one of my first gen tundra's. ordered the rear leaf Hammer Hanger kit with shackles and sub kit for and extra cross member. Parts are of top quality and made from a heavy steel and welded solid . An are black powder coated as well. well worth the investment to fix this issue.

Let me start with what my suspension setup was before I installed the Medium Duty “Shackleton “leaf springs package. In the front I have a 2” lift from Bilstein’s. The rear had an ICON add-a-leaf and SumoSprings bump stops. When fully loaded, the rear of the truck sagged 1” lower compared to the front. The offroad ride quality wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. The rear suspension would often bottom out.

The offroad ride quality with the Archive Garage leaf springs is vastly improved. With about 100 offroad miles, I have yet to bottom out the rear suspension. The increased articulation is also greatly improved. There is a noticeable improvement in on-road ride comfort too.
The ride height in the rear increased 3” and is now 2” greater than the front. That is with 600lbs of everyday weight in the rear. The rear ride height decreases about 1” with 400lbs of added loadout weight.

Bottom line, I couldn’t be happier with the performance of the springs, and I would highly recommend them to any off-road/overlanding enthusiast.

I had the opportunity to do the 24 HOA event in WV twice about a year apart. First time was fully stock. With recovery gear and RTT i had a lot of extra weight in the truck. The second time probably the same weight but with the add a leaf and off road bump stops. I saw a huge improvement.

I recently purchased a 93 w250 4x4 it had an old aftermarket air ride and very tired springs . I was made aware of Archive Garage and had to take a look at the system . I ordered the complete system that Archive offers all the first gen parts that they show on their site and called a spoke with Eric who was very helpful getting all the parts I need to bring my truck into the future . All the parts arrived very well packaged and were shipped quickly . I have just started on my project have the front end in the air and starting on the build great looking parts would do again and may if I can get a Crewcab to build in the future

As I have purchased items from you 3-4 maybe even 5 times in the past, I love your brackets and attention to detail. I have been a customer for 5 years now I think. Bought all the exact same stuff for my W-250 before. Very well packaged, great hardware, SHARP drill bits, and thought out instructions. Shipped quick, well packaged, easy install. Replaced my 1" spacers with maybe a half inch gain on a DCLB for a total of about 1.5"
