Excellent choice over air bags and AAL. I'm glad I chose this one.
Installed Shackleton MD configuration with U Bolt flip (stock hangers) on 2006 Tundra DC. I'm not mechanical and I work slow. This was not hard at all, just took time to make sure I was doing it right the first time. Eric answered every time I called and provided sound advice. The product is excellent and I'm so glad I did not waste time with AAL and airbags.

These paired nicely with the archive MD springs. Cannot wait to add the cross bar and shackles, along with the rest of archive garages catalog.
Like other reviews, these make the rear end feel “planted” and the way the truck should feel. I will continue to recommend archive garage to my Toyota friends.

This spring hanger box is a quality piece and is engineered to fit perfectly. Mine went together with no trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anybody.
Wonderful customer service,Eric is exceptional. Asked for advise regarding a suspension failure with another companies leaf packs. He suggested I run his springs due to design changesand better load stability. Omg did it ever make a difference. Ride qualityis amazing suspension has never cycled so smooth in my truck. Extremely pleased with results loaded and empty.
What a difference they made! There are a lot of tactical things that these springs bring, but ride the best part. I carry a lot weight on a regular basis and have recently put OME 5100 coil overs and now these amazing Shackelton's. The unloaded feel over known bumps and freeway "Whoops" and washboard dirt roads has a much smother and quiet feel. Having traveled for a long while researching which rear leafs to go with I have a great before and after feel. I got the firm u bolt flip kit which was great installation "Say no to reusing rusty ole bolt"s" because with getting the shackles everything is new. Now for the weighted side...I do tile. I either have heavy tools or supplies and tow trailers as well. I feel better control in ALL these environments. From 4X4 here in Colrado to dragging work and camping trailers the rear has less roll and quick impacts dissipate llike on dirt roads and pot holes. Freeway is more "Caddy" now. I have them set @ HD mode and it's a little higher than the front. The whole truck came up 2.5 front and 3.5 rear. This is ideal for me in load capacity mode. I will be a dedicated camp rig and then I'll get their hanger system. Bottom line they have been the perfect choice and best tactical reasons as well.

installed the 1st Gen Dodge Front Spring Shackle Hanger Kit (1972–1993 W150/W250/W350) from Archive Garage and couldn’t be happier with it. The build quality, fit, and finish are exactly what you want—everything lined up properly and install was straightforward.
Eric from Archive Garage was great to deal with as well. Good communication and clearly knows these trucks.
For comparison, I originally went with Alcan springs and was very disappointed—fitment and overall finish didn’t match the price at all. This hanger kit was the complete opposite experience.
If you’re doing a front spring setup on a 1st gen, this kit is worth it.
