Refund policy

No Returns or Refunds
No returns on orders that have already shipped out. 

Order Cancelations
Only orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled.  All cancelations will be charged a minimum 5% fee, no exceptions.  Special ordered items cannot be canceled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
