I've been working on cars and trucks for all of my life. I'm new to Tacomas. I picked up the Hammer Hangers with shackles... the crossbar... and the u-bolt flip kit.
I received the products within a couple days' time. They are heavy duty! Great stuff! Directions were easy. Installation was easy. I love the way the truck rides now.
I happened to order the wrong version of the u-bolt flip kit because I was in a hurry. I called the company number - expecting a series of auto-prompts that led to the wrong person, then to get disconnected being transferred... as calling companies tends to go - and it was Eric's personal number. Eric picked up; he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Eric helped me sort out my error, and we got the parts that I needed to finish the job ordered.
I have never had such incredible customer service. I'm super-happy with all of my Archive Garage products. Highly recommended!
Appreciate that Eric is building these quality parts for a 200 year old (but super popular) platform. These greasable shackles are well built and improve from the OEM. Archive Garage warrants the hype they get!
First class customer service. Before i ordered we went over what i was looking for to cure a ride issue with one of my first gen tundra's. ordered the rear leaf Hammer Hanger kit with shackles and sub kit for and extra cross member. Parts are of top quality and made from a heavy steel and welded solid . An are black powder coated as well. well worth the investment to fix this issue.

Beefy shackles. I like that they have a zirk fitting to grease the bushings.
